HISTORY

FOCUS started in 2008, with a very small show/workshop featuring Ousmane Dia (Senegal/Switzerland), Cécile N'Duhirahe (Switzerland), Boubacar Diabang (Senegal/ France), and Donna Kukama (South Africa).
In 2009, during the Art Basel Fair, the project grew in a new and spacious location with the new name FOCUS09. |

In 2010, FOCUS moved again to a new location and featured Galerie Peter Herrmann and various independant artists at Utengasse 32 in Basel - right in the center of the city and next to Art Basel.
